Terms and Conditions: 1. Rate/s quoted on a per room, per night based on twin sharing. Maximum of 3 persons in the room, 3rd person subject to extra fees. 2. Full payment is required upon reservations. 3. Cancellation and/or modification may be made at least 48H prior to arrival date (Philippine time) without penalty. 4. For cancellation made 1-day prior arrival, room shall be subject to one-night penalty charge, Same condition applies for non-arrival of the guest. 5. Shortened stay subject to applicable charges. 6. In the event of cancelled/delayed flights on the day of scheduled arrival, hotel will only allow re-booking within 30 days. Changes in stay dates will be subject to availability and corresponding rate differences. Reservation is non-cancellable. 7. The rate cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, or corporate agreements unless otherwise specified. 8. Rate inclusions are applicable only during the stay period for registered guests. Non-transferable and may not be converted to cash 9. Additional charges may apply for incidental expenses and optional services. 10. Guest/s may be required to present the same credit card used during booking and a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. 11. Room rates and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice. 12. The hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
